Yes, this a real creature, Nick didn't make it up!  Believe it or not these astonishingly ornate and unique creatures are only found off the southern coast of Australia.  Sea dragons are related to Seahorses.

He then ships your print to our expert framer who mats and/ or frames your prints and ships them to you. All of this is done by hand with great care to ensure a quality crafted product. These are hand-made custom frames, hand-cut mats, and hand-signed prints, so they are not an off the shelf item. So that is why they take longer: 7-10 days turnaround time on the hand-signed matted & framed pieces only.  These all ship via UPS Ground.
