What is even crazier than the fact that a fish looking like this even exists, is that they grow to be almost 40 feet long! This makes them the longest fish on Earth right now.  Very little is known about the Oarfish. They are rarely seen except when they mysteriously wash up on the shore.  They are undoubtably the source of many historic Sea Serpent tales.
