Clark's False Acraea, Pseudacraea clarkii

This incredibly beautiful butterfly has a bright orange color juxtaposed to black making for a dramatic presence.  Unlike a real butterfly specimen, this will not decompose. Nick created the painting used to make these prints side by side from a real specimen at the Eagle Hill Institute of Natural History on the coast of Maine.  This butterfly is native to the Congo.

Nick recommends size: SMALL.

Hand signed prints need to be printed, then inspected and signed by Nick and then he ships your print to our expert framer who mats and/ or frames your prints and ships them to you.  These are custom framed, hand signed prints, they are not an off the shelf item.  So that is why they take longer: 7-10 days turnaround time on the hand-signed matted & framed pieces only.  These all ship via UPS Ground.
