Garibaldi, Hypsypops rubicundus

The Garibaldi is a symbol of Catalina Island, California where they are protected from both commercial and recreational fishing. Because of the conservation efforts, these fluorescent orange fish can be seen swimming in the water everywhere along the Catalina shoreline.
