California Spiny Lobster, Panulirus interruptus

Found from Monterey to Baja, the California Spiny Lobster is a prized coastal dish. Unlike their Eastern counterparts, they have no claws for defense, but do wear an armor of sharp spines. Notecard measures 4 1/2" x 5 1/2," includes an envelope, and comes in a clear plastic sleeve.
