Bluefish, Pomatomus saltatrix

Hand in hand with the Striped Bass, the Bluefish is a common inhabitant of the Atlantic Coast. A saltwater piranha, they use their teeth filled mouths well, wreaking havoc on schools of baitfish.  They are a terrific gamefish and also are wonderful to eat, smoked together with a glass of red wine.  This piece will enhance the flavor of your coastal home.
