Also called the Mahi Mahi, this fish is not just a fisherman's dream, but also an artist's dream to paint--turquoise, yellow, chartreuse, cobalt blue--what a juxtaposition of colors!  Can be signed as Dorado or Mahi Mahi whichever you prefer.
